Anointed Works (AW) is non-profit organization that creates allegories and Christian anime.
AW is a Christian organization that is full of people committed in helping lead people to Christ, one graphic novel at a time. AW isn’t your typical “Christian” company. We promote strictly the Hebrew and Greek manuscripts, and teach the truth of the original texts, something many churches/Christian groups do not do. AW is aiming to be the social mainstream no one saw coming in the entertainment industry. Rachel Renee Wilson (Artzenin Eklektos), founded Anointed Works on January 10th, 2018. We pride ourselves in being a positive, accepting workplace that works hard, has fun and produces Christian content with high quality every day.
At AW we uphold the whole Bible, the laws of Yahweh (God), RachHaKodesh/Ruwah (The Holy Spirit) and Yeshua (Jesus). The Bible is proven historical document several with artifacts to back up its claims. It can’t be truth and lie. It is the truth, nothing but the truth and that’s what AW is all about. Showing people the truth, all over the world.
As a non-profit organization we have six steps to follow, and keep in mind as we grow together.
Constant Development: Both for our own professional development and for the services we provide our fanbase. We strive to become an ever better version of ourselves, as our fanbase is very important to the organization. We want to improve our quality, approach and themes for projects constantly and consistently. This is the main core value for the company, and for our success.
Craftsmanship: Our passion is our art, no matter what field a worker specializes in. Writing, drawing, storyboards, voice acting—it’s all forms of creativity. At A we want to apply attention to detail and deliver the highest quality behind every project we work on, but with feeling. Passion is key and if we don’t have passion we lack a core value that will help our movement stand.
Experiences: Learning by experience is the way we grow. We shouldn’t be afraid of failure if we’re trying, learning and moving forward. We should push ourselves to try new things both personally and professionally. Our policies may change at any time and our staff are expected to comply with the most current versions. Our digital handbook conflicts with any applicable organization policy, the policy will govern. If you have questions concerning the digital handbook or a policy, consult your supervisor for clarification. If they cannot help you, email the Responsible Office at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Forgiving Attitude: We all make mistakes, we all say things we wish we hadn’t. Yeshua made it very clear we are to forgive one another and let the offense go after the event is over. Failure to do this will result in suspension from your duty until you can develop the means to forgive your offender.
Humility: Being honest with our fanbase, and with ourselves in order to become the best people, co-workers is very crucial at AW. Admitting when you’re wrong or need help with something, is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of strength. We can’t be our best if we’re too proud to say we need help or must apologize to someone if we hurt their feelings on the job.
Teachable Spirit: No matter your level of intellect is, if you’re not willing to learn, apply correction when you’re in the wrong, you will fail the organization—not just your supervisor. Yahweh wants lambs, not goats. Biblically speaking, lambs can be taught, led and are picky about what they eat. Goats are stubborn, refuse to be led, any will eat anything. At AW, that will not be tolerated. If the employee cannot be educated in their field of expertise or outside of their field of expertise, we do not require their services.
Our Mission Statement: Our mission at Anointed Works is creating Christian anime using the fundamentals of the bible in the form of fantasy with originality, creativity and ingenuity. AW aims to serve the lost, lead young people who are trapped in secular fantasy, witness to LGBT individuals who claim to be "saved", and point them to the real Jehoshua Christ through our projects. We are not your traditional ministry. We like to take secular masterworks, purify them, re-present them with a biblical perspective, and use the mikra as a foundation for each novel, and openly address sin in character's lives. Each project we produce teaches the reader how choices, friendships, actions, and decisions can affect not just daily life, but their eternal destination. We do not depend on Christian fantasy to save people. We depend on Christian fantasy in the novels to act as a stepping stone that gets the lost, and deceived Christians out of their corrupted thinking, and plant seeds that will guide them Christ in reality.
